I have an insatiable love for aerial fitness and the natural world...

Throughout my professional career I have worn many hats: cake-decorating assistant, host, office & studio manager, corporate unit accountant, business analyst....Regardless of the title or role, it is my goal to  guide others on their own journeys of self-discovery and physical transformation, drawing from a wealth of knowledge and expertise.

Several years ago, while navigating my own journey of mental health and self-care, a friend introduced me to aerial fitness -- and I have been hooked ever since! My connection to wellness goes beyond the studio; I am passionate about engaging in unique experiences that help ground to the natural world but also connect me with others who are equally passionate about their personal growth.

Whether I’m embarking on safari adventures, immersing myself in local traditions, or simply soaking in the breathtaking beauty of the wilderness, I strive to craft unforgettable experiences for my clients and help them achieve their health & wellness goals.
